Welsh Tavern Dartford, DA2 6BJ

Our recent project, The proposal at Welsh Tavern, 161-163 London Road, Stone, involves extending and altering the existing building to create nine self-contained flats (seven 1-bed and two 2-bed units) on the upper floors while converting the ground floor into two Class E commercial units (such as a convenience store and café) instead of a pub. The scheme includes communal amenity space, cycle storage, and revised parking arrangements to address site constraints, aiming to revitalize the vacant building while aligning with local planning policies
