Planning permission and Building Regulations are separate approvals. Once your scheme is approved (or falls under permitted development), we produce the technical drawing package your builder and Building Control need to construct it safely and compliantly.

Full Plans vs Building Notice

We typically recommend a Full Plans submission so any issues are resolved on paper before work starts, rather than a Building Notice, which begins on site with less upfront certainty. We coordinate with your structural engineer and Building Control body throughout.
